Heyday will be closed on the 4th of July.

We will however have a group field trip with another CrossFit gym!

On Thursday July 4th, we’ll be joining CrossFit Code 3 (in Torrance) for a WOD at 9:00am.

Everyone is encouraged to join us. We will be leaving at 8:30am and can carpool from the gym.

4 sets of:
Front-Racked Alternating Reverse Lunges x 8-10 Reps. Each Leg @ 20X1
Rest 90 Seconds
Supinated-Grip Pull-Ups x Max Reps. @ 2110
Rest 90 Seconds

Three Rounds For Time Of:
Front Squats x 8 Reps.
400 Meter Run
(Barbell originates from the ground – no racks. Recommended weights are 185/135 lbs., but athletes are encouraged to scale up. The eighth rep should be a battle).
