Tabata Something Else?

Check it…..This is a fun killer workout! Hope you all enjoy…..
Tabata Intervals:
Pull Ups
Push Ups
Sit ups
Air Squats
A tabata interval is a 2:1 work ratio. Work for 20 seconds rest for 10 seconds and do this for four minutes. No breaks in between movements. Complete 8 intervals of pull ups then move right into the push ups and so on. And dont waste any time because you only have 10 seconds of rest between stations. Enjoy.
