Every :30 for Two Minutes
Back Squat 2 Reps at 70-80%

B.
3 Timed Rounds Of:

50m Sled Drive 135/95
50m Rack Carry 100/70
25 Toes to Bar or Weighted Sit Ups 45/25
** Rest 2 minutes between rounds.

* For the rack carry use two kettle bells or dumbells if necessary.
* The rack carry will be from the pull up rig to the blue gate 1 time.
* Weighted sit ups to be done inside holding a plate overhead the entire 25 reps.
