Just in!!! You, yes you. You are a Bad Ass

It came to me tonight in the gym after I finished my pull up ladder, as I was sitting in a pool of my own sweat and watching blood drip from my hands, I said “Dude, my clients kick ass!”  I was thinking about all of you and how much you have all improved. And I said to myself, “Daaaang!” You guys are getting freaking fit. Today I saw Darin and sheila crush the pull ups with medium purple bands and they were KIPPING! I have a feeling they will both be getting the pull up in the next two months. Last Thursday most of you did 3 different events in our little body weight olympics and let me tell you one of those events would have crushed you the first day you came to ricky and I! And you guys did THREE! I just want to say that you are all officially bad asses in my eyes and we are so proud of you. Keep up the great work and continue showing us what kind of bad ass YOU are! Sorry about all the exclamation marks….I am just so excited!
