9 months ago Mark and Nova walked in and since then they’ve well had to get new clothes.

Pictured here is the latest round of denim she’s had to purge.

SCHEDULE NOTE: Friday evening class will be canceled because a big group of us will be attending the Crossfit Games. Let us know if you’d like to join! (5:30pm and 6:30pm)

Workout of the Day:

A. Drills and Skills with Matt 15-20 minutes

B. 3x800m Run, Rest 3:00
**Keep runs consistent within :5 of each other each set running at :8-:15 seconds slower than your PR 400m pace

C. EMOM for 5:00 Run a 60m Shuttle in Yard (5m, 10m, 15m)

Competition:

A. Skills and Drills with Matt 15-20 Minutes

B. 4 x 400m Run, Build Each Set, PR on Last Run (80%, 85%, 90%, 100+%)
