A Birthday To Remember

The photo is from my birthday WOD this past weekend. Thank you guys for coming out! We had 24 people do 24 reps of 24 exercises.

And how many hours was my birthday?? You’re right, 24.
Coincidence? I think not.

Btw Rita, thanks for organizing the bday breakfast after. So, now that the birthday is through, it’s time to get back to work.

Just so there isn’t confusion. It is Eddie that is going to Hawaii NOT Ricky.

I know. Despite my pleas, Eddie still Ghostwrites under the pseudonym “Ricky” which can be confusing when the other trainer goes by the same name. Please give him grief when you see him…

But for the time being he will not be taking any calls. No, he will be sipping coconut cocktails adorned w/ tiny umbrellas, applying copious amounts of SPF 300 sunscreen, and showing the local islanders how to backflip.

Meanwhile, I’ll be holding it down at Heyday. 🙂
