Congrats to Nick for hitting an astounding PR of 225 lbs on the overhead squats.

Nick has been putting in some extra time on the squats and it’s paying off.

Just to let you know, some extra work like this is a big help. You are welcome to do this supplemental training (heavy lifting, endurance or skill practice ) here as long as you do the scheduled WOD and you get your coach’s approval beforehand.
