Animal Shelter Donations

in Fitness, Workout of The Day

Jennifer Meadows is going to collect unwanted towels, blankets, pet toys, beds, etc to donate to the animal shelter. If you have anything please bring it to the gym. Jen will take all of the collections to the pound before Christmas. They can really use everything especially with the cold nights and Christmas coming so anything we can donate helps!

Thursday, December 24 (Christmas Eve) – 8am only

Friday, December 25 (Christmas) – Gym Closed

Saturday, December 26 – 10am only (no yoga)

Thursday, December 31 (New Years Eve) – 8am only
