What kind of attitude do you have when you come into the gym? I will tell you now, it better be a mean one! No, not tude. I dont want any tude (tude is what my 12 year old sister gives me whenever I do something she does not like) around the gym, that is no fun. The kind of attitude I am talking about is the one where you come in ready to kick butt! Do you have the right attitude when you come in?

    I’m at michele’s right now and she let me know that she deadlifted 185 today. She said that she wants to thank you for the great foundation. She is kicking ass!
