3 Reps Muscle Ups (3 bar mus, or 6 chest to bar pull-ups)
6 Reps Deadlifts (275#, 205, or 70% 1RM)
* You need to have 15-20 sec rest per round. If you dont get that then decrease the number of deads from 6 to 4.
