Be there at 9am at Cabrillo Beach (bath house side).

* There is no 10am WOD Saturday.

Tabata Hang Power Clean (135#, 95#, wt to get 6-10 reps UB in 20 secs)
* 8 Rds for Max. Reps of 20 Seconds On and 10 Seconds Off

20 Min AMRAP:
20 Reps Box Jumps (24″, 20″)
20 Reps KB Swing (70#, 53#, wt to get 20 UB)
20 Reps Push Press (125#, 85#, wt to get 15 UB)
