In case you have not noticed, we do benchmarks every eight weeks.
Benchmarks are used to measure and test ourselves physically for things like strength, stamina and endurance. The six weeks following a benchmark week are designed to help you improve and in turn increase overall performance.
The benchmarks allow us to gear our programming towards specific goals, and that way we can train for the knowable and prepare for the unknowable.
