One of the biggest benefits of CrossFit is the efficiency. The complete lack of friction. You come, you WOD, you leave. No debating whether to go. No guesswork or debating what to do. No waiting for a machine. No question of how far you will push yourself today. It’s already decided. Just show up and know it will be hard and know you will leave feeling amazing because you did it. You do the work and do it consistently.
You have no idea how much time people waste deciding to decide… wondering if we feel like it today… Sitting on the fence. The incessant bush beating. The indecision. It’s all gone. It’s liberating.
When you have that you get amazing results.
Workout of the Day:
A.

Take 6-8 minutes to build to a heavy 3-rep Deadlift
Then…
Deadlift x 15 reps (Touch and Go)
Rest 30 seconds
Ring Push-Ups x Max Reps
Rest 3 minutes
Deadlift x 10 reps (Touch and Go)
Rest 30 seconds
Ring Push-Ups x Max Reps
Rest 3 minutes
Deadlift x 5 reps (Touch and Go)
Rest 30 seconds
Ring Push-Ups x Max Reps
** Select the loads such that each set of deadlift is challenging, but doable with good mechanics.

B.

Four rounds for max reps of:
30 seconds of Kettlebell Swings (32/24 kg)
Rest 30 seconds
30 seconds of Double-Unders
Rest 30 seconds
