12 Reps Ring Dips
Cash Out: 800m Run
* The 12 min clock will start and everyone runs. Once in from the run, do the rounds of T2B and Ring Dips. When the time stops, you stop where you are and run your cash out 800. You will get 2 scores: Your number of rounds plus extra reps and your overall time. SO NO JOGGING THE LAST 800!!! 🙂
