A. Wendler Deadlift Week 2 of 8
3 @ 70%,  3 @ 80%,  3 + @ 90%

B. TGU 3 x 1/Arm

C. 10-8-6-4-2
DB Thrusters 40/20
50-40-30-20-10
Double Unders or Single Under 2:1

Competition:

A. Squat
Every 2 min, for 10 min, Back Squat x 6 Reps (add 10-20 lbs from last weeks efforts)

B. Strength
1. Bench Press 4×4 @80%1RM
2. WTD Pull Up 4×2-5 Reps
** Move with purpose btw stations, rest after finishing a set of 1 & 2.

C. Conditioning
