“How long will it take before I lose ten pounds? see my abs? can do a pull-up?”
The answer lies in intensity of effort. It is the most important corollary in determining how fast or long it will take to get that pull up or those dreamy abs, or flounder in the chasm of going-nowhere-really-effing-fast.
