Football season is in full swing. I’ve been waiting all summer for it! Tonight, San Pedro plays Locke so if you’re free go out and support. Mike will be on the sidelines coaching.

If you are planning to do Fight Gone Bad on Saturday, meet at Heyday on Saturday Morning at 9:00am.

Today, Eddie will be doing a mobility session at 4:30pm to prep for Fight Gone Bad. So you’re welcome to join him.
