Giving Thanks

November is upon us, the month of Thanksgiving.

At Heyday we have a lot to be thankful for. Namely, the incredible athletes and members that make up our community.

Every gym likes to claim they have the greatest members so it’s a little cliché but we definitely have a community that is among the best.

I cannot tell you how many times we’ve had visitors from other gyms tell us, how incredibly welcoming the people are here. It is so inviting and supportive and inclusive.

You all work very hard in and out of the gym so this month we want to make November: Member Appreciation Month. This means for the entire month we will be extending lots of fun tokens of our gratitude.

Here’s what’s in store:
– Yoga is open to ALL members for FREE for the rest of the year.
– We are having a weekly raffle. Every time you workout you can enter our raffle box to win prizes (things like massages, wine, etc.). The more you workout the more chances to win!
– Heyday Harvest Picnic planned this month for all of us to come out and play in the fall weather.
– Bring a Friend Week.
– Heyday Date Night. One night this month we are going to take your kids off your hands with a movie night at the gym so you can have a night out. 🙂

Plus all this month we will be collecting canned food for The Beacon House. So clear out the pantries!
