Thank you to everyone who made it out this Saturday for our throwdown with Signal Hill, it was a great time. Our cook off afterwards was delicious! I know there was no formal crowning for best dish, but I’m going to have to say I thought Vikki’s sausage crusted quiche was phenomenal, she says it’s “labor intensive” but I think it’s totally worth the work.

Shout outs: thank you Glenn and Kiki for manning the grill, thank you Sheila for bringing plates and forks, and thank you Handsome Rob for letting us use your grill.
