Great job to everyone who came in today and PRed in “Helen”. BIG BIG BIG improvement by everyone who stayed consistent in the gym, the results speak for themselves. I will be announcing the most improved girl and boy later this week after we have the three stragglers (Devon,Tara and Jillian) make it up.
