This Saturday we will be competing in another CrossFit Gym Throwdown with CrossFit Huntington Beach and 3 other gyms! The event will be from 9:00am until 2:30pm. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to come watch.
There will be vendors, bbqs and lots of spandex. Who would miss that?

*Halloween night there is only a 4:30pm and 5:30pm class (both will be all levels). There is no 6:30pm or 7:30pm  so you all can go trick or treating.
