Workout of the Day:

12 Wall Balls
5 Burpees
50ft WTD Walking Lunge (weight at sides, users choice)
Rounds 7-12
200m Run
100ft Farmer Carry (heavy)
Rounds 13-18

20/15 Calorie AD
Alternate rounds with partner, both partners have to each do 6 rounds of each portion.
