I lied, I do have something… I wish BEN worked out with us yesterday… He would have killed that workout… Ohhh Ben, where are you???

5 Round
AMRAP in 3 minutes
3 Deadlift
6 Push Ups
9 Box Jumps

Then run 200m after the three minutes are up and whatever time you have left before the next round is how much rest you get.

** You have 3 minutes of rest in between rounds.
