Important Challenge Info

The Challenge begins this Tuesday November 1st.

It’s a big day. Time to get measured and start living the plan I’ve been talking about non-stop for the past couple weeks.

You NEED to come to the gym on that day to have pictures taken and get measured (*ladies, please make sure you wear a sports bra). And, just so you know, you will not be taking pictures in front of people nor will your pictures be seen by anyone. I promise you that.

You will have 3 options on Tuesday to get measured and receive your packet. 8:00am, 4:30pm, and 7:30pm. The info session at 7:30pm will take place instead of the workout.

IF POSSIBLE, the most ideal time to come is the 7:30pm slot. I will be presenting the entire program in detail and explaining the instructions for getting started.

The program is based on tracking what you eat and the whole challenge is based on a point system that will ensure you are going to get the results you want so. It is crucial to understand how to track points on this program.

If you can, please come at 7:30pm. If not, thats okay we can make it work.

Make sure to bring your bloodwork results if you have them and get ready to start dropping some jaws this holiday season. 🙂
