Intention

This is my friend Zack. He is a ex-college football player, and this is his first year of rugby. He has a great energy about him and is one of the most intense people I have ever played with.

He intends on becoming a better rugby player every time he steps on the field. He plans on doing that by surrounding himself with people who know rugby and love rugby.

When you step in the gym are entering it with the intention of becoming better?

Don’t just go through the motions…

Pick a skill to practice, then Ricky or I can help you work on it. Lately there has been a bunch of people working on muscle ups, which I love because not many people at the gym can do them.

It can be anything from a simple push up to walking on your hands across the room. Think about it and be ready to let us know when you come in.
