Jerks, Snatch’s, and Heyday

Come get your Clean & Jerk and some snatching on and to top it off a short little AMRAP…

We have a Heyday event this weekend on Sunday. Two of our beloved athletes will be partaking in a Triathlon this weekend on Sunday and I and a few others will be at the finish line to cheer them on and to give out some awesome high fives. I will have the details soon so check the site for updates on Saturday.

After their race we probably proceed to the nearest bar and have a few drinks and some good laughs… If your into that kind of thing then come join the fun!

Snatch, 1 rep
Clean and jerk, 1 rep
As many rounds and reps as possible in ten minutes of:
120lb Squat clean, 6 reps
12 Pull-ups
24 Double-unders

**Add total weight of Snatch and Clean & Jerk and total reps for your score
