This Fourth of July we are offering another Benefit taking place at the Stubhub Center.

The event is called WOD For Warriors and it  benefits a charity called Folds of Honor which provides scholarships for families of those who’ve died in combat.

The event will be from 8:30am-11:00am so you’ll have plenty of time to head to your 4th of July plans after!

It will be available for all fitness levels and will include food trucks and beer!!

Workout of the Day:

A. Find 1RM Deadlift (beginners find a 3RM or 5RM)
B. 4×30 Cal Row Sprint (rest 2 minutes btw attempts)
