Join Us on The Battleship

in Fitness, Workout of The Day

This Monday is President’s Day. For many of you it’s a holiday.

I wanted to invite you to join us for a special workout on the Battleship IOWA.

The IOWA turns 75 and to celebrate they have all kinds of festivities planned. Live music, tours, food….you know, fun for the whole family.

At 10:30am on Monday we will be part of the fun conducting a workout on the back of the ship with the beautiful harbor as a backdrop.

Any are welcome to join us. General admission is $10 with proceeds going to the Battleship IOWA.

Come early to park and sign in. We’ll be on the fantail.

**The 5am, 6am and 7am classes and evening classes will be regularly scheduled, but there will be NO 9am or 10am WOD at the gym as we will be on the ship.
