Every once in a while we like to hand over the wheel to Crossfit Headquarters to dictate our WODs. This way, we *all* get to have the uneasy feeling of not knowing what workout is coming next.
That time has come again. For the next couple weeks we will following the Main Site at Crossfit.com. So, whatever they do, we do.
The picture in today’s post is from the CrossFit SoCal Regionals this past weekend. It was pretty incredible to watch people do these brutal workouts in competition.
