Meet Sean.

Guys, we have a pretty big announcement for you today…

It is with great honor, I introduce to you the newest member of the Heyday Coaching Staff.

Sean Lemon.

You may know him as Nova Freels’ son who just moved here from Big Spring Texas.

Many of you have yet to meet him but he’s excited to meet you.

Before Sean left the Lone Star state for Southern California he was a CrossFit coach at CrossFit Big Spring.

He is the one who coaxed Nova and Mark to find a local gym and try CrossFit for the first time.

The rest as they say is history.

Before Sean was introduced to Crossfit, he was just another gym-goer knocking out bicep curls.

That all changed the moment he did his first WOD.

4 years later Sean has become an avid crossfitter and since January 2014, after having received his CF-1 certification, Has been coaching.

Since then he’s developed a true passion for coaching and helping others reach their fitness goals.

He enjoys the beach life and competing in the occasional competition so I reckon he’ll fit right in with this group.

He’ll be coaching his first class tonight at 6:30.
