Guys as the new month is upon us we begin the mobility challenge.

Commit to the daily practice of mobility by following for the entire month.

Attend mikes yoga class on Saturdays. Like I discussed in a previous post, you be glad you did.

NOTE: the crazy wind storm this weekend broke our giant tent. It will be repaired on Wednesday so for the next 2 days we won’t be able to park in the lot.
