Five sets of:
Deadlift x 5-7 reps
Rest 20 seconds
Kettlebell Swings x 20 reps
Rest 20 seconds
Push-Ups x 15-20 reps
Rest 3 minutes
B.
For time:
Row 2000 meters
*** If you have issues with the deadlift go a little lighter on the weight and work your technique, make each repetition perfect. AND lower the bar correctly!!! I repeat, lower the bar correctly!!! If you do not your back will pay the price and we love our back so we don’t want that. :)***
