A) 3 Stop Position Squat Snatch: (10-12 min max )

*stop at these 3 locations and hold for 3 seconds before going into your squat snatch
a) 2″ off ground
b) at the knees
c) mid-thigh
Then explode and pull self under the bar.
B) 3 Rounds: (15 min limit)
400m Run
8 Reps Muscle Ups (1:1 bar MUs, 2:1 Chest to Bar PUs)
10 Reps Power Clean (165#, 105#, Wt to get 5-7 UB)
