200m Run
8 Reps Overhead Squat (105#, 75#, wt to get 10-12 reps UB, or 70%1RM)

B)Box Squats:
* Have box below parallel and feet a little wider than normal. Keep shins vertical and go for speed off the box. Warm up with 2 sets before you get into your working sets.
