Perform the following until both partners have done 10 rounds each, 1 partner working at a time:
250m Row Sprint
10 Burpees


A. Emom 10
Odd-5/3 Muscle Ups
Even- 2 Back Squat @85%

B. Max Reps Bench Press 225/125
Max Reps WTD Pull Ups 35/15
Six sets, rest 3min btw attempts.

C. 30 Cal Sprint
Three sets, rest 3min btw attempts.
