The late night crew after mikes bday wod… So much fun we had!! We had two surprise visitors from The Jersey Shore, Kyle and Kat! Kyle just happens to be Grants older brother and he was in town visiting so he came down to help us celebrate Mr. Hawley’s Birthday. He no longer likes Mike :). He may be joining us tomorrow too, and he may learn how to do a muscle up!
