I had two glasses of wine tonight and I think that’s alright for my Paleo Diet. How are all of you going so far? Do you have any questions or concerns? If you need help, please ask us. I know a lot of tricks to help you get through this Paleo Challenge.

20 Tire Flips
100 Burpee Slam Balls
300 Sit Ups

Partners will rotate on the three stations every minute. The only time the partners are allowed to work together is on the tire flips. We have alternatives if you cannot flip the tire so don’t worry. Love your heyday trainers 🙂
