That’s what Roxanne said about the chipper we did yesterday. I did not believe her until I did it that night, and let me tell you, she was dead on! That was the hardest workout that I have done in a while. Let me just say BRAVO to everyone who came in and made it through the “chipper”. It was no joke.

P.S Kudos to Erik, Jared and their Softball team: The Wounded Pigeons (seagulls?). Those Guys went and played a game after our workout!
