By the way…. Irma deadlifted 205lbs today. Dayyyyum girrrrrrl. Keep it up. I know many of you set target weights let’s keep those in mind as the weeks progress.
FYI If you have a weight loss goal, I recommend you weigh in 2 more times this week and average the 3 weights. This will give you a more accurate reading to account for all the variables that go into skewing the scale.
