Workout of the Day
3x Weighted plank 60-90 seconds – add weight from last week, done on elbows.
30 Double Unders or 90 Singles
15 Box Jumps
5 Plate Burpees
For the plate burpee, you do not need to jump and clap, perform the push up on top of plate and finish with plate locked out overhead.
