Between the lesser of two evils…
You can do a heavier oly lifting WOD or a body weight WOD. Both will have a mile run. It’s completely up to you.
Here it goes:
Begin with 600m run
Then, 5 rounds of:
12 Deadlifts (#155/#95)
9 Hang Power Cleans
200 m Run
3 min Rest between each of 5 rounds
Then another 800m run

No Saturday (NEW Years Day) WOD this week.
But, I decided to come at 10am on Friday New Years Eve to work out and hydrate before the ball drops. If you want to join me, I would love it if you came. Do it, I dare you.
Also, Mike has proposed a challenge.
It’s the “Last 1000 Pushups of 2010” Challenge
From Now (yes right NOW) till midnight New Years Eve when the clock strikes 12 and the New Year has arrived you must complete 1000 pushups (strict or knees). That’s over 48 hours to do it and he promises to thoroughly massage the aching pectorals of whoever decides to take on this lofty task. C’mon we all know Mike has magical fingers and the offer is a no-brainer.
