Just a reminder in case you didn’t pick up the holiday schedule in the gym.

Today (Wednesday) will be regular schedule but we will be closed on Thursday Thanksgiving and Friday. We will resume regular 10:00am class on Saturday.

* There will be no yoga.

You are welcome to join us at 8:00am at Point Furman Park on Thanksgiving to do the Turkey Trot fun run.
