Wow!! That’s what I said… I’m no drug lord but I think that may be equivalent to one pound of cocaine? Does any have the numbers for that?

Back Squat try to get HEAVY

Then…

“Rx’d”– Start a running clock and run 400m. At the 2 minute mark perform a tabata of thrusters (M:95#/W:65#). At the 6 minute mark, run 400m. At 8 minute mark perform a tabata of pull-ups. Rest 90 seconds when done, and then sprint 400m. Count total reps and write down last 400m time.

“Sx’d”– Start a running clock and run 200m or 300m (a distance you can finish in 2 minutes). At the 2 minute mark perform a tabata of thrusters (M:65#/W:45#). At the 6 minute mark, run 200m or 300m. At 8 minute mark perform a tabata of pull-ups or a scaled version of pull-ups. Rest 90 seconds when done, and then run 400m. Count total reps and write down last 400m time.
