What do you like to snack on during the day?

What keeps you from eating sweets?

I like to cut up bell peppers and carrots… also celery and peanut butter or sliced apple and peanut butter makes for a great healthy little snack.

    Veggies w/hummus … delicious

    Starbucks has a chicken on flatbread w/hummus tray (250 calories) that is great. Carrots, celery, grape tomatoes, grilled white meat chicken, wheat flatbread and hummus. I love it.
