Yoga At Heyday

Join us this Saturday for yoga!

It starts at 8:30 and will last 75 minutes. We are hoping to get a feel for the interest you all have in doing yoga as an ongoing element of  our program.

As a test-run class it will be free so take advantage and RSVP at the gym!
