Get Ready For Cindy Tomorrow

Get ready for our first Paleo benchmark workout tomorrow! We will be doing Cindy again to see how much you have improved over the past six weeks.
WOD:
Strength
Hang Power Clean
3-3-3-3
Then
5 Rounds
8 Burpees
50m Band Sprint with partner (partner needs to make this as hard as possible)
** Rest as needed between rounds.
** Fractions of rounds will count.
