Now, That's Using Your Head

I want y’all to look to the left of this picture. You will see an excellent example of someone who strategically planned being more efficient in a workout.
You will notice that Dr. Jenn has strategically placed the 25lb plate that she was told to hold, while her partner executed the reps for the WOD, on her head. This gave her a HUGE advantage in the workout by allowing her arms to fully recover while the weight balanced with ease on that beautiful big head of hers.
Way to use your head JennBall. 🙂

Then, we work on handstand walking and progressions to it.
