B. Accucmlate 30 Strict Toes to Bar
C. For time:
30 DB Snatches Per Arm
Competition:
Beat all intervals for the 1000s for 2-5 seconds, stay withing 5-10 seconds of each effort.
3 x 1000m Run, Rest 1:1
Rest 5 minutes
4x200m Sprint Rest 3 Minutes
