You may recall a few years back a catastrophe was averted when a plane almost crashed after a flock of birds took out the engine. Incredibly, the pilot managed to safely land the plane on the Hudson River saving hundreds of lives.
Ric Elias was on that plane.
En route to New York, out of nowhere the engines went out. Cabin fills with smoke and from the intercom came a very chilling announcement:
