A. Back Squat
5@40%, 5@50%, 5@60%
**this should be easy and quick**
B1. Bench Press x10 Reps
B2 Standing DB Press x10 Reps
four times, rest 60sec
C. For Time
Row for Cal
Goblet Squats (Choose weight)
(week 5 of 6)
A. Perform 1 Snatch at 85% every 2 Minutes for 6 total sets (add 5lbs if you completed at least 5 of the 6 sets from last week)
**Do not re attempt failed sets. Next week you can add weight as long as you complete each set, we will be adding 5lbs a week as long as you successfully complete 5 of the 6 reps
B. Back Squat
6 reps 75%
4 reps 80%
4 reps 85%
2 reps 90%
2 reps 95%
Max Reps 85%
C. 250m Row all out effort every 4 minutes for 24 minutes
